Danube Properties is a real estate development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It operates as the property development arm of the Danube Group, which was founded by Rizwan Sajan in 1993. [1][2]

History
The parent company, Danube Group, was established in 1993 in Deira, Dubai by Rizwan Sajan, who migrated from India and began with a small building materials business. [1][2]
Danube Properties was later launched as the real estate development division of the group, focusing on residential projects in Dubai. As of 2024, the company had launched over 20 residential projects.[3][4]
Projects
Danube Properties has developed several residential projects, including Gemz, Viewz, Elitz, Fashionz, and Miraclz.[5]
In 2024, the company announced Bayz 102, a residential project in Business Bay, Dubai.[6][7]
In 2025, it launched Diamondz, a residential project in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.[8]
Partnerships and initiatives
In 2024, Danube Properties signed a cooperation agreement with the Dubai Land Department to support national brokers in the UAE real estate market.[9] In 2025, the company partnered with NapkinAds to access new advertising channels for real estate investors.[10]
