Division No. 7, Newfoundland and Labrador is a census division in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, primarily comprising the Bonavista Bay region. Like all census divisions in Newfoundland and Labrador, but unlike the census divisions of some other provinces, the division exists only as a statistical division for census data, and is not a political entity.
In the Canada 2016 Census, the division had a population of 34,092 and a land area of 9,672.91 square kilometres.[1]

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Division No. 7 had a population of 33,044 living in 14,867 of its 20,304 total private dwellings, a change of -3.1% from its 2016 population of 34,092. With a land area of 9,598.37 km2 (3,705.95 sq mi), it had a population density of 3.4/km2 (8.9/sq mi) in 2021.[3]
