Dominican Republic competed at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile from October 20 to November 5, 2023. This was Dominican Republic's 18th appearance at the Pan American Games, having competed at every edition of the Games except 1963.
Water skier Robert Pigozzi and equestrian Yvonne Losos de Muñiz were the country's flagbearers during the opening ceremony.[1] Meanwhile, track athlete José González and karateka Pamela Rodríguez were the country's flagbearers during the closing ceremony.
