Andrew Louis Klemm (born March 28, 2000),[1] known professionally as Drew Louis (/djru ˈluɪs/ droo LOO-iss),[2] is an American record producer, singer, and songwriter.[3][4] He has worked with Yena, Vincint, Trixie Mattel, Jillian Rossi, A Twink and a Redhead, Bijou, Trinity the Tuck, Kylie Sonique Love, The Gospellers, and more.[5][6][7]

Louis's professional musical career began while studying at the Los Angeles College of Music,[8] where he met K-pop and J-pop singer-songwriter Mayu Wakisaka.[9] In 2021, Louis and Wakisaka co-wrote "Loving Out Loud" for The Gospellers.[10] They then co-wrote "Vacay" & "Lxxk 2 U" for Yena's debut mini-album Smiley, as well as the title track of her third mini-album Good Morning in 2024.[11]

Louis released his single "Love So Right" in June 2023.[12] Earmilk described it as "...[A] nostalgic pop single... with an anthemic sing-a-long worthy chorus...".[13] In Billboard Argentina, Louis stated that the song was mainly inspired by his love of pop music from the 2010s.[14] In October 2023, Louis was awarded the Music Forward LGBTQ+ Emerging Artist Award by Live Nation.[15]

In May 2023, Drew produced the titular single for the Drag Isn't Dangerous digital fundraiser.[16] In November 2023, Louis executive produced and co-wrote Trinity Ruins Christmas: The Musical with Trinity the Tuck.[17] The cast featured multiple past Drag Race contestants.[18] He then produced "My Kitty" for Amanda Tori Meating, which premiered on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 16 in January 2024.[9] In an interview with Wonderland in February 2024, Louis announced that he was executive producing Trinity the Tuck's dark-pop album Sinematic.[11] He told Notion that the album was inspired by their shared love of The Pussycat Dolls and Britney Spears.[9]

In June 2024, Louis co-wrote and produced Grant & Ash’s debut viral single “A Twink and a Redhead”, and went on to executive produce their debut EP A Twink and a Redhead.[19][20] "A Twink and a Redhead" was nominated for the 2025 Queerties Anthem award.[21] He then produced and co-wrote a Christmas single for Jillian Rossi titled "Ms. Claus" in November 2024.[22]

In January 2025, he wrote and produced three songs for the debut episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 17.[23] In April 2025, Louis produced on the remix of RuPaul’s “Supermodel (You Better Work)” by Trixie Mattel & Vincint.[24] They subsequently performed it at Coachella 2025.[25] In April 2025, he co-produced Dylan Mulvaney’s “Dazzled” for the concept musical Retrograde, alongside Zhone, Nick Laughlin, Richard C. Walter, & Jesse Saint John.[26]
