Driton Shala

Not to be confused with Drilon Shala, Finnish footballer born in 1987.

Driton Shala (born 26 May 1997) is a Finnish footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Kakkonen club Reipas Lahti. His brother Drilon Shala is also a former footballer. Shala's family is of Kosovo Albanian descent.^[1]

Club career

Shala debuted in Veikkausliiga with FC Lahti in the 2014 season.^[2]

On 24 August 2016, he signed with Veikkausliiga club PK-35 Vantaa.^[3]

After one season with Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat (KTP),^[4] Shala signed with AC Oulu in January 2018.^[5]

He returned to Lahti in the summer 2019, and has since played for Reipas Lahti and Kuusysi.
