Eddy Seigneur

Eddy Seigneur (born 15 February 1969) is a French former professional road racing cyclist. His sporting career began with VC Beauvais Oise.[1] He won the Champs-Élysées stage in 1994 Tour de France. He is a four-time French national time trial champion and he also won the French road race championship in 1995.
