On 18 August 2021, Sottini was loaned to Serie C club Pistoiese.^[1]

On 25 July 2022, Sottini joined Triestina on loan.^[2]

On 31 January 2023, Sottini moved on a new loan at Avellino.^[3]

On 4 July 2023, Sottini moved to Cittadella on permanent basis.^[4]

On 29 August 2024, Sottini signed a three-year contract with SPAL.^[5]
