Elu Suttina Kote (pronunciation) is a 1988 Indian Kannada-language film directed by B. C. Gowrishankar and starring Ambareesh and Gouthami with Ramesh Aravind, Sadashiva Brahmavar, Sundarakrishna Urs, Devaraj, Sunil Raoh, Kavya amongst others in supporting roles. The film enjoys cult classic status in the Kannada cinema industry. The core plot of the movie is based on the Russian novel Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky.[1]
