Evan Shinners (born 1986[1]) is an American-British pianist, harpsichordist,[2] and conductor[3][4][5] He is known under the pseudonym WTF Bach,[2] and is the founder of The Bach Store,[2] a pop-up venue which transforms vacant storefronts into temporary concert spaces.[6] A devoted specialist to the music of J.S. Bach,[7] he is the creator of the WTF Bach Podcast.[8] He is a winner of the Inaugural Alumni Enterprise Award[9] from the Music Academy of the West, and is a Yamaha Artist.[10]
Evan Shinners is a graduate of The Juilliard School, where he studied with Jerome Lowenthal.[11]
