Club career

Spartak Trnava

Trello is a product of the Spartak Trnava youth academy.^[2] On 16 July 2024, He signed his first professional contract with Spartak Trnava.^[3][4][5][6] On 19 April 2025 he made his debut in a 2-3 loss against ŠK Slovan Bratislava coming on for Erik Sabo in the 75’ minute.^[7][8]

He made another appearance the same season, coming on as a substitute in the 90” minute against Podbrezová.^[9]

National team

Trello was nominated for the Slovakia U–18 squad on 14 April 2025.^[10]
