Folignano

Folignano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) south of Ancona and about 6 kilometres (4 mi) southeast of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,214 and an area of 14.8 square kilometres (5.7 sq mi).^[1]
