Franklin Lafayette Forbes (February 14, 1904 – August 22, 1972) was an American college football, college baseball, and college basketball coach. He served three stints as the head football coach (1932–1933, 1935–1942, 1945–1949) at Morehouse College in Atlanta.[1]
Forbes died on August 22, 1972.[2] Morehouse's Forbes Arena is named after him. [3]
