Over the years, it has evolved to support blended and fully online learning environments. Diwa Learning Systems Inc. offers webinars and face-to-face training programs to help educators, students, and parents effectively use Genyo E-learning. Learning Integration Specialists (LIS) are available to assist schools with any technical or implementation issues.^[3]

Implementation and impact

Genyo E-learning has been adopted by numerous schools across the Philippines. For example, Malate Catholic School has utilized Genyo for its hybrid learning program since 2012, integrating face-to-face and online learning activities.^[1] During the COVID-19 pandemic, the platform enabled schools, like Divine Light Academy in Bacoor, Cavite, to transition smoothly to online learning.^[4][5]
