Girovce (Hungarian: Gerlefalva, until 1899: Girócz) is a village and municipality in Vranov nad Topľou District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1408.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 143 metres (469 ft)[2] and covers an area of 2.74 km2 (1.06 sq mi) (2024).[4]
