Glasswort salad

Glasswort salad or samphire salad (Turkish: Deniz börülcesi salatası) is a salad in Turkish cuisine. Glasswort salad is made with glasswort, lemon juice, olive oil^[1] and garlic. It is commonly served as a meze.
