Glean Technologies, Inc. is an American technology company specializing in enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (AI) and search capabilities.[2][3]
According to Fortune, its valuation was $4.6 billion in 2024.[4] In 2025, Glean focused on AI agents, and reached over $7 billion valuation.[5][6]

In September 2021, Glean introduced its assistive search tool, designed to pull together information from dozens of disparate applications, streamlining access to critical data across various platforms, to the market.[7][8]
As of February 2025, Glean was testing a digital agents tool that allows tasks to be performed while the user is inactive.[9]
It was named CNBC's top 50 disruptor in 2025.[10]
Funding rounds
In March 2019, shortly after its establishment, Glean raised $15 million in Series A funding co-led by Kleiner Perkins and Lightspeed, which included participation from the Slack Fund.[11][12][13] In March 2021, the company closed a Series B funding round of $40M led by General Catalyst.[14][15]
In May 2022, the company secured a $100M Series C led by Sequoia Capital at a $1B valuation and hit the Unicorn status.[16][17] In February 2024, Glean raised over $200 million in Series D funding at a $2.2B valuation.[18]
In September 2024, Glean raised over $260 million in Series E funding, co-led by Altimeter Capital and DST Global,[19][20] taking its valuation to $4.6 billion.[4]
In June 2025, Glean announced that it raised a $150 million Series F led by Wellington Management taking its valuation at $7.2 billion. Other investors in the Series F include Geodesic Capital, DST Global, Archerman Capital, ICONIQ, Bicycle Capital, Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst, Altimeter, Latitude Capital, Capital One Ventures, Citi, Coatue, IVP, Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Sapphire Ventures, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.[21]
