Early life

Gopika was born on 26 April^[3] in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from SDM College in Kerala. Her younger sister, Keerthana Anil, is also a television actress.^[4]

Personal life

Gopika got engaged to actor and Malayalam television presenter Govind Padmasoorya on 22 October 2023.^[5] They both got married on 28 January 2024.^[6]

Gopika started her career as a child artist in Shivam and Balettan in 2004 with her sister Keerthana.
