Gymnosperma

This article is about the Asteraceae genus and is not to be confused with the Berberidaceae genus Gymnospermium or the non-flowering seed plants Gymnospermae.

Gymnosperma^[3] is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae.^[4][5][6][7] The only known species is Gymnosperma glutinosum, also known as gumhead, which is native to Mexico, Guatemala, and the southwestern United States (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas).^[1][8][9]
