HDMS Viben

NRP Tejo (P590) (ex-HDMS Viben (P562)) is a former patrol boat of the Royal Danish Navy. Since 2015 she is in service with the Portuguese Navy.

History

She is the last ship from series 2 of the Flyvefisken class, which is also known as the Standardflex 300 or SF300 class. She was launched in 1995, with the commissioning taking place on 15 January 1996.

In October 2014, Viben was sold to the Portuguese Navy together with four other ships of the class. She was renamed Tejo. After a refit she was commissioned in 2015.
