Hana Takahashi[3] (高橋 はな, Takahashi Hana; born 19 February 2000) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a defender for WE League club Urawa Reds Ladies and the Japan women's national team.

International career
On 7 January 2022, Takahashi was called up to the 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup squad.[4]
On 13 June 2023, she was included in Japan's 23-player squad for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.[5] She made her first World Cup appearance in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup Group C Round 3 match victory against Spain.
On 14 June 2024, Takahashi was included in the Japan squad for the 2024 Summer Olympics.[6]
Takahashi was part of the Japan squad that won the 2025 SheBelieves Cup.[7]
