Harish Tandon (born 16 November 1964) is an Indian judge, presently serving as Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court.[1] He is a former judge of the Calcutta High Court.

Profession and education
Tandon was born on November 16, 1964 and graduated from the University of Calcutta in 1983. He completed his LL.B. from the same university in 1989. On September 26, 1989, he enrolled as an advocate and began practicing law. During his legal career, he primarily handled civil and appellate matters, practicing in the Calcutta High Court, city civil courts of Calcutta, tribunals and the Supreme Court of India. On April 13, 2020, he was appointed as a permanent judge of the Calcutta High Court.[2]
Following the retirement of Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh, his name was recommended for the position of Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court.[3][4][5][6] Justice Tandon took oath as the 35th Chief Justice of Orissa High Court on 26th March 2025.[7]
