Ian Gillan (football coach)

Ian Andrew Gillan is a Scottish-born Australian football coach who holds a UEFA Pro license. He most recently coached Dhivehi Premier League club Odi SC.^[2]

Career

Taking charge of Ilocos United of the Philippines Football League in 2017, Gillan brought in many young players for the upcoming season.^[3] By November that year he had departed the club,^[4] with the media dispersing rumors that he would be head coach of local side Sarawak for the 2018 season.^[5] Eventually, he signed a two-year contract on December 2,^[6] doing his first training session two days later.^[7]
