Ilyas Osman Lugator (Somali: Ilyaas Cismaan Lugatoor) or Hussein Isman Lugator (Somali: Xuseen Cismaan Lugatoor) is the vice president of Puntland since January 2024. His nickname is Gabilay.[2]

Ilyas Osman Lugator was born in October 1967[3] Bo'ame, Sool.[4] He is from the Xasan Ughaz branch of the Dhulbahante clan.[2]

In February 2019 Lugator was appointed Minister of Aviation and Airports.[2]
