InLoox, Inc. develops and sells software for project planning, resource management, project document management, mind mapping, and project accounting.[1] The company's headquarters are at InLoox GmbH in Munich, Germany, and an additional office is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.[2]

InLoox, Inc. was co-founded by Tiziano Panico and Andreas Tremel In 2011.[2]
InLoox stores ongoing projects in an SQL database. Versions earlier than 2007 (2.x–4.x) used Microsoft Exchange public folders or Personal Folders (.pst) files for data storage.
