The selection of fellows begins with nominations, which can be initiated by current fellows or recommended by members of the Academic Committee, and the support of current fellows is always required for promotion. After that, the candidate's academic record will undergo a comprehensive preliminary review, and two peer fellows will evaluate its rigor and influence. Subsequently, the Academic Committee will evaluate the candidate's academic contributions and his or her outstanding achievements in their respective fields.
