Islamic Development Coordination Council

Islamic Development Coordination Council (Persian: شورای هماهنگی تبلیغات اسلامی) is one of the revolutionary institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran,[15][16][17] which coordinates and coheres for the development activities between the "development-agencies/centers". This council was formed on 3 August 1980 with the consent of Iran's Supreme Leader,[18] Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini.[19][20]
To date, the head of this institution (appointed by Iran's Supreme Leader) have been managed "Gholam-Hossein Haqqani" (who served until 1982)[18] and Ahmad Jannati (currently serving). The main center of the organization is located in the capital of Iran, Tehran. Its other centers are in the capitals of all Iran's provinces; plus it has also centers in other cities.[18]

Activities
The Islamic Development Coordination Council facilitates and aligns development efforts among various development agencies and centers.[21][22][23] The council's activiteis are primarily related to organizing major ceremonies and official events, including:
