Born in Spain, Saibari is of Moroccan descent. He moved to Belgium at a young age. He is a youth international for Morocco.^[1]

In June 2023, he was included in the final squad of the under-23 national team for the 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations, hosted by Morocco itself,^[2][3] where the Atlas Lions won their first title^[4][5] and qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics.^[4][6]
