Istanbul Rumeli University (Turkish: İstanbul Rumeli Üniversitesi) is a private university in Istanbul, Turkey. It was established in 2015 by the Balcı Foundation with Law No. 6640, and started its academic activities in the 2016–2017 academic year at the Mehmet Balcı Campus in Silivri.[2] The university also has campuses in Beyoğlu (Haliç) and Kadıköy.
