JEXIT is an American grassroots non-profit political movement, founded in 2018 in Florida, that aims to encourage American Jews to leave the Democratic Party. The name JEXIT, while appearing to be a portmanteau of "Jewish" and "exit", is a partial acronym for "Jews Exiting the Democratic Party".

Israeli-American television personality Siggy Flicker has served as the group's spokesperson since 2020.[1]

Background

JEXIT was formed in 2018 by Michelle Lubin-Terris, who previously co-chaired the Jews for Trump Coalition that worked to build Jewish support for Donald Trump in the 2016 United States presidential election.[2] Two years later, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Siggy Flicker became the group's spokeswoman.[1]

According to Lubin-Terris, the name JEXIT was inspired by the United Kingdom's EU withdrawal campaign Brexit, as well as Blexit, a political campaign encouraging Black voters to leave the Democratic Party.[2]

On May 7, 2025, President Trump appointed JEXIT spokesperson Siggy Flicker, along with 12 others, to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, replacing council members that the president had fired.[3]

JEXIT, INC. has been registered as a 501(c)(4) non-profit social welfare organization since 2019.[4]
