Jenah

Jenah (Persian: جناح)^[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Jenah District of Bastak County, Hormozgan province, Iran.^[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Jenah Rural District.^[5] As a village, it was the capital of Faramarzan Rural District^[6] until its capital was transferred to the village of Kemeshk.^[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 5,636 people in 1,322 households.^[7] The following census in 2011 counted 7,169 people in 1,627 households.^[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 6,910 people in 1,854 households.^[2]
