Jessica Schilder (Dutch: [ˈjɛsikaː ˈsxɪldər]; born 19 March 1999) is a Dutch track and field athlete competing in shot put.[4] Her outdoors personal best set in 2025 is 20.47 m, which is a Dutch record, and her indoors personal best is 20.69 m. She is two-time medalist at the World Athletics Indoor Championships, and was a bronze medalist at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. She is a two-time gold medalist at the European Athletics Championships (outdoor) and also won gold at the 2025 European Athletics Indoors Championships.

Career
She competed in the women's shot put event at the 2021 European Athletics Indoor Championships.[5] She also competed in the women's shot put in the delayed 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, that was postponed to July 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, but did not qualify for the final.[6]
She won the bronze medal in the women's shot put event at the 2022 World Athletics Indoor Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. In August 2022, Schilder won the gold medal in shot put at the European Athletics Championships.[7] She won the bronze medal at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, with a national record throw of 19.77 metres.[8]
She won the gold medal in the shot put at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in Rome, Italy.[9] She competed at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, placing sixth in the women's shot put final.[10]
She won the gold medal in the shot put at the 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn.[11] She was a silver medalist in the shot put at the 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Nanjing, China in March 2025.[12]
