Jiang was born in Wuhu, Anhui on December 7, 1989. She graduated from Beijing Dance Academy.

Blackmailing threat

Upskirt video of Jiang was recorded by a malefactor with the intent of blackmailing her; the video was widely circulated online and the perpetrator was apprehended in 2023.^[3]
