Judith Zsuzsanna Cornélie Maria Tielen (born 2 April 1972 in Arnhem) is a Dutch politician, serving in the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie) since 31 October 2017. Between 2014 and 2017, she served on the Utrecht City Council.[1]

Following the 2023 general election, she served as the VVD's spokesperson for healthcare.[2] Together with Wieke Paulusma (D66), she presented a bill which would compel day care centers to refuse admission to children not participating in the National Immunisation Programme [nl] if the national vaccination rate is below 92%.[3] She also proposed to increase testing for coeliac disease in young children.[4]
