Kalpesh Mehta is an Indian entrepreneur and real estate developer.[1] He is the founder and managing partner of Tribeca Developers, a real estate firm known for residential projects, including developments under a licensing agreement with The Trump Organization.

Kalpesh Mehta graduated from the Wharton School, where he studied finance and international markets.[2][3]
He began his career in investment banking and real estate finance, gaining international experience before returning to India to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in the real estate sector.[4][5]

In March 2025, Mehta announced Trump World Center Pune, the first Trump-branded office development in India. The planned 1.6 million sq.ft. project comprises two 27-storey towers – one for sale and the other for lease – and is being developed with Kundan Spaces on 4.3-acre site in Pune. The investment is estimated at ₹2,500 crore (USD 289 million), with an expected completion timeframe of approximately four years.[10]
In April 2025, Mehta announced the launch of Trump Residences Gurgaon, a luxury residential project comprising two 51-storey towers, with a total investment of approximately ₹1,200 crore.[11][12] The development was undertaken in partnership with Smartworld Developers.[13][14]
