Keiichi Tokuda

Keiichi Tokuda (徳田　恵一, Tokuda Keiichi), graduate from and professor at the Nagoya Institute of Technology from 2004,^[1] doctor of engineering granted by Tokyo Institute of Technology^[2] and CEO & CTO of Techno-Speech, Inc.,^[3] was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014^[4] for contributions to hidden Markov model-based speech synthesis. He was awarded Medal with Purple Ribbon in 2020.^[5]
