The Kelburn Viaduct (41.283°S 174.77°E) is a concrete road bridge with two-lanes located in Wellington, New Zealand. It was completed in 1931 by Wellington City Council's engineering department, led by George A Hart.[1]
It is designed in the form of piers, lamp-posts, and balustrading, closely related to its designers.[2]
The viaduct had three girders on top of two concrete piers, and the design of the balustrades were changed as a result of multiple suicides.[3]
