Kenneth Heagy (born June 13, 1967) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 18 for Christopher Fleming. His home track is Riverhead Raceway, where he has eight career wins in the modified division.[1]
