Kendice (Hungarian: Kende) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1249.[citation needed]
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 236 metres (774 ft)[2] and covers an area of 9.34 km2 (3.61 sq mi) (2024).[4]
