History

The construction of the building was completed in 1971.^[2] It was built by the Monegasque construction firm, J. B. Pastor et fils.^[4] It was designed in the modernist architectural style.^[1] It is 38.35 metres high, with twelve storeys.^[1]

It was owned by heiress Hélène Pastor through her eponymous real estate company.^[3][5][6]

The building is mostly residential.^[1] However, it is also home to some shops.^[1]
