Leptosiphon ambiguus

Leptosiphon ambiguus (syn. Linanthus ambiguus), the serpentine linanthus,^{[citation needed]} is a low annual plant with narrowly lanceolate leaves and a vivid lavender flower.^[1] It grows generally in serpentine soils^[2] and is an endemic threatened species of the Bay Area^{[citation needed]} in California.^[1]
