History

In 2016, veteran talent manager Aleen Keshishian left Brillstein Entertainment Partners to found Lighthouse Management + Media, bringing with her a roster of high-profile clients including Jennifer Aniston, Selena Gomez, Jason Bateman, and Paul Rudd.^[1] Shortly thereafter, talent managers Zack Morgenroth and Margaret Riley also left Brillstein to join Lighthouse as partners.^[2]

In February 2022, Lighthouse expanded their presence in music by signing three-time Grammy winner Olivia Rodrigo.^[3] Two years later, Lighthouse signed R&B singer-songwriter and five-time Grammy winner H.E.R.^[4]
