Liiva (Estonian for "Sand") is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Nõmme, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It covers an area of 3.25 km2 (1.25 sq mi)[2] and has a population of 1,365 (as of 1 January 2014[update]),[1] with a population density of 398.8/km2 (1,032.8/sq mi).
