Lilian Afegbai (born 11 November 1991) is a Nigerian Actress, Film producer and Entrepreneur.[1] In 2018, she won the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA)[2] for the Indigenous movie of the Year for her production debut Bound in 2018.[3] In 2019, she launched her lingerie and gym Wear line "Lilly’s Secret"[4][5]

Early life and education

Lilian Afegbai was born on 11 November 1991. She spent her formative years in Edo state, Nigeria where she developed a strong foundation for her future endeavors. Lilian Afegbai's educational journey began at Our Ladies Of Apostles where she completed her primary education. She then attended Word of Faith Group of Schools in Benin City, Edo State, for her secondary education.

After completing her secondary education, Afegbai pursued higher education at Benson Idahosa University, also located in Edo State, Nigeria. There, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, laying the groundwork for her future career.

Career

Lilian Afegbai was a contestant on the reality show Big Brother Africa in 2014 and gained fame as a result.[6] She featured in the 2015 film Road to yesterday[7] and as herself in a short film Pepper soup.[8] She also appeared on Mnet's tv series Do good as Venice the blogger 2015/2016[9] and co-produced the movie Dark Past.[10] She started entertainment company EEP entertainment[11] and debuted as a producer with the movie Bound, which featured celebrities Rita Dominic, Enyinna Nwigwe, Joyce Kalu and Prince Nwafor.[12]
