The following is a list of libraries in Turkey. According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, there are 1,257 libraries as of 30 December 2022 in the country. The total seating capacity is 114,906 in a total indoor usage are of 399,732 m2 (4,302,680 sq ft).[1] In January 2023, Istanbul's largest library, the Rami Library, opened, having 4,200 seating capacity in 36,257 m2 (390,270 sq ft) covered area.[2]
