Weekly Shōnen Sunday, a shōnen manga magazine published by Shogakukan, has featured numerous series since its launch in 1959. The list, organized by decade and year of when the series started, will list each series run in the manga magazine, the author of the series and, in case the series has ended, when it has ended.

  6. Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai started in Shōnen Sunday S in May 2012.[338] It was later transferred to Weekly Shōnen Sunday in October 2013.
  7. Amano Megumi wa Sukidarake! started in Shōnen Sunday S in August 2015.[389] It was later transferred to Weekly Shōnen Sunday in December 2015.
