Luis Alberto Parra Mora

Luis Alberto Parra Mora (22 March 1944 – 8 August 2023) was a Colombian Roman Catholic prelate. He was bishop of Mocoa–Sibundoy from 2003 to 2014.^[1]

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Parra and the second or maternal family name is Mora.
