Magomed Imranovich Abdulaev, also spelled Abdulayev, (Russian: Магоме́д Имра́нович Абдула́ев; 18 June 1961 – 5 January 2023) was a Russian lawyer and politician who served as the Chairman of the Government of Dagestan from 2010 to 2013.
Prior to entering politics, Abdulaev was a lawyer.

Biography
Abdulaev was a graduate of Dagestan State University. In 1989-1992 he studied at the Law Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University.[1]
On April 14, 2009, he was appointed advisor to the President of Dagestan Mukhu Aliyev. Later, on October 27, he became Deputy Prime Minister of the republic.[1]
A member of the ruling United Russia party, he rose to the second-highest position in Dagestan by 2010.[2]
Abdulaev died after being hit by a car while crossing a road in the Dagestani capital of Makhachkala on 5 January 2023, aged 61.[3][4]
