Incidents and accidents
- On 18 February 2024, Air Serbia Flight 324 from Belgrade Airport to Düsseldorf Airport, operated by Marathon Airlines, was involved in an incident on runway 30L of Belgrade Airport. The aircraft, an Embraer ERJ-195 (OY-GDC) suffered extensive damage after overshooting the runway. The aircraft had used an unplanned runway entry point, therefore reducing the available runway length by half. The aircraft overshot the runway, causing collisions with several runway instruments. After takeoff, the aircraft returned safely to Belgrade Airport. There were no injuries involved in this accident.[18]
