Matt Weston (born 2 April 1997) is a British skeleton racer. He won the gold medal at the 2023 World Skeleton Championships, becoming the first British male world champion since Kristan Bromley in 2008.[2] At the same championships, Weston won the silver medal in the mixed relay alongside Laura Deas.[3] He was also silver medalist in both the men's individual[4] and mixed relay[5] at the 2024 World Skeleton Championships. At the 2025 World Skeleton Championships at Lake Placid, he retained the title to become Britain's first two-time skeleton world champion.[6]

Weston competed for Great Britain at the 2022 Winter Olympics in the men's skeleton, finishing in 15th place.[7]

He won back-to-back overall Skeleton World Cup titles in 2024 and 2025.[8]

In November 2021, Weston claimed Great Britain's first World Cup win in almost 14 years after a three-way tie for gold in Igls.[9]
