Mecistocephalus ocanus is a species of centipede in the Mecistocephalidae family. It was described in 1946 by American myriapodologist Ralph Vary Chamberlin.[1][2]

Description
The original description of this species is based on a specimen measuring about 15 mm in length with 49 pairs of legs.[1]
Distribution
The species occurs in Micronesia. The type locality is Oka Point, Guam.[2]
